We are looking for a highly organised and efficient customer focused individual for full time work with our team in Seven Hills. This role will see you providing support to our customers and team members within the company so your day will be filled with variety and challenge - never a dull moment here and you will be required to meet very tight deadlines at all times. This fast-paced role will require enthusiasm and a proactive and can-do attitude!
Your day will include the following:
· Receiving inbound customer (phone, email and walk-in) enquiries and providing information and support
· Identifying sales opportunities and taking orders
· Processing customer orders and support requests from end to end through all departments
· Monitoring / managing stock levels
· Maintaining client information including order instructions, delivery rates and product pricing
· Completing any required reporting
· Receiving, handling or escalating customer complaints
· Cross checking data and information for invoicing
· Creating invoices in our system
· Assisting Accounts Manager with compliance work
Essential criteria:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and the ability to work independently and as a team
- Punctual
- - Typing speed of at least 40wpm is required
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Well developed multi-tasking skills and the maturity to take ownership
- Previous experience in a similar client servicing role. Candidates with previous customer service/telemarketing in banking industry or in any other very fast-paced working environment will be well considered
- The ability to follow instructions and meet tight deadlines
- High level proficiency in computer and software operations
- The ability to handle stress and make decisions
Successful candidate can potentially earn more than $10k a year in bonuses based on individual and company performance in addition to base salary. You will be measured based on KPIs.
