Salary – £56,406 to £76,194 (Excellent Benefits including Contributory Pension)

About the Position…
Reporting to the ICT Director, you will be an integral member of the ICT management team, leading the ICT support function. This is a hugely important position; you will have responsibility for all aspects of 1st, 2nd and 3rdline application and technical support for the group’s 1200+ ICT users.
As this is a new department within a recently restructured ICT Department, you have a fantastic opportunity to really make your mark within the company.
About You…
The department will be run based on ITIL principles and you must be able to demonstrate:
-A technical background
-Experience of a similar role within the ICT discipline
-A track record of consistently delivering ICT support to published service levels
-The design and implementation of procedures
-Highly experienced managing people
-Experienced meeting and delivering KPI’s, striving for consistency of service.
-Organisational change management experience preferred.
