Job Description
• Candidate must have a minimum experience of 5 year in residential development projects. Also responsible for the quality control system at the site.
• Oversee the end-to-end development related on-site activities for residential Projects
• Handle Execution of full landscaping, supervision of all layout of roads, Drainage Systems, Water lines
• Candidate should be acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives; setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Overseeing the selection of materials required
• Making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect;
• Verification & Approval of vendor bill.
• Vendor identification & development.

Education:
(UG - Diploma - Civil, B.Tech/B.E. - Civil) AND (PG - Post Graduation Not Required)
 B.E./ Diploma – Civil – with Minimum 5 years of experience is required in similar type of project. Candidate must have sound knowledge of “ M.S.Office ” & “Auto Cad”.
