•Diploma in Building / Construction Studies or equivalent
•15 years' experience in the same capacity or as an on-site inspector with developer or architectural firm, of which 5 years for PRC project
•Well versed in coordination of services and construction details
•Familiar with PRC building regulations
•Proven track record on large scale property development project in PRC
•Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
•Required to station in Chengdu
