Job Description / Responsibility
Deal with recruitment process of employees.
Preparing appointment/ confirmation/ transfer/ posting/ show-cause/ inquiry/ termination/ dismiss letter/notice.
Dealing disciplinary issues including conducting inquiry.
Deal with factory workers/employees final settlement case.
Coordination with head office HR for employees’ increment/promotion/recruitment/disciplinary matter.

Educational Requirements
Masters` Degree from any reputed university
MBA major in HRM or PGD in HRM will get preference.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation/Benefits,Attendance,Leave Management, General HR, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection
Vast knowledge on labour law specially handling disciplinary issues and conducting inquiry.
Advance knowledge on MS Office.
Very good in English.
