Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Job Descriptions :-
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategy and plan to fulfill the talent pipeline.
Lead talent acquisition team, manage the function's resources ensuring that appropriate support is provided across the business unit while working closely with Hiring Managers
Implement workforce planning
Measure and improve metrics and analyzes recruiting results data for all facets of the hiring process, including cost per hire, hire cycle time, recruiting source effectiveness, diversity efforts and other analysis as needed
Consults with management to determine departmental or individual development needs and recommend appropriate developmental action.
Work closely with Center of Expertise to deliver leadership training programs.
Lead the Human Resource Development Department's efforts by participating in cross-functional teams organized to enhance department visibility and communication.
Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in HR Management; Talent acquisition, leadership development from multi national companies
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent
Good English proficiency and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship development & influencing skills
Business Acumen
