Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
To manage other income by utilizing general space into permanent and temporary leasing or media space and Operation Audit, Vacancy.
To Initiate local activities and deliver corporate events
To support essential information to Head Office and ensure that those information are regularly updated
To mange shopping mall to meet budget, quality and service to our shopper and tenants and mall operation standard.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any related fields
Experience of store operation, mall operations or other kind of retail management
Good service mind, Positive thinking, Analytical skill
Computer literature
Excellence communication skill, negotiation skill, and coordination skill with strong working cross-functional
Good command of English
Able to travel alone throughout in Bangkok and around the country
