We are looking for a customer services champion to join Lakes Leisure. You will have the ability to lead and motivate staff to ensure a highly motivated and enthusiastic team. Be competent with operational reporting to a high level along with reviewing and implementing budgets with the ability to lead projects.
 
The key areas of this role encompass:
•Delivering the smooth and safe running of day to day operations at Queenstown Events Centre including all customer safety, evacuation procedures, building compliance, maintenance and cleanliness
•Ensuring the provision of quality customer service to users of Lakes Leisure through the management of reception staff and leading training across the organisation.
•Overall management of reception and cleaning teams.
•Enable and lead strong communication between all departments ensuring the integration of operations across the organisation.
•Manage QEC repairs and maintenance programmes.
 
To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service expertise with staff management exposure and hold work place Health and Safety experience and knowledge. You must obtain a ' can do' attitude with the ability to achieve against set objectives.
