Requirements for this role include:
•Previous Front Office experience
•Knowledge of Fidelio
•Excellent telephone manner
•Full New Zealand drivers license – can
•drive both automatic and manual vehicles
•Current General Managers certificate
•A bright and positive demeanour
•Exceptional personal grooming standards
•Bubbly personality with enthusiasm
•Passion for delivering outstanding personalized customer service
•An outgoing and confident personality
•Exceptional professional presentation, attention to detail and a nature that connects and sells with clients
•High level of communication skills and a pleasant, confident manner
 
The successful candidate will be meticulously well presented, confident and highly organised. You should be self motivated and self disciplined and have a natural ability to work within a team environment
 
The ability to ‘think outside the square’, multi-task, delegate and be well organized will be the key to success in this busy hands on role.
