Responsibilities:
Establishing and managing large scale workshops, maintaining more than 200 heavy equipment/light vehicles such as excavators, dump trucks, tractors, cars
Manage and maintain machinery such as generators, water pumps, etc
Ensure all machinery, equipments, and vehicles of the plantations are maintained in good order and implement required policies and procedures.
Establishing an efficient operation of mechanical workshops within the group plantations
Identify long term requirements to support the rapidly expanding plantations
Plan develop & implement cost effective solutions across the group plantations in order to achieve company productivity targets

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably senior staffs specializing in maintenance/repair (facilities & machinery) or equivalent. Job role in supervisor/team lead or machinery maintenance
Experience in heavy equipment maintenance of established brands (i.e. Massey Ferguson, Caterpillar, Komatsu, etc) will be at a distinct advantage
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
Preferred language(s): English
