Responsibilities:
Assist Project Team Leader to prepare the preliminary design drawings for the project & Design concepts and cost estimation, technical interfacing & in contract administration.
Liaise with external parties with regards to project related issues.
Developing the schematic design drawings upon approval of the proposals by either the relevant authority or the client.
Managing and tendering M&E contracts and preparing relevant documents, drawings, specifications, calculation and other.
To ensure timely implementation of all project phases.
To report to Project Team Leader on status of Projects
Testing and Commissioning.
Assign and coordinate works with Drafters, Designers, Engineers, Clerk of Works (if any)
Plan & schedule engineering works and projects to assist Project Team Leader.
Attending all necessary meetings / discussions with the Sub-Contractor and site progress meetings
Liaise with relevant authority and client on approval of the proposal and design concept.
Assist Project Team Leader to review the evaluation of tenders, conduct tender clarification meetings & prepare of evaluation reports
Assist Project Team Leader to advise the client as to the suitability for carrying our the works of the persons, firms or companies tendering.
To perform other duty as and when required by the Management.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
5 Full-Time positions available.
Need 3 Electrical Engineers based in Hong Kong for 3 years, salary from RM4000 to RM 7000
Mechanical Engineer, M & E Draughter & Clerk Of  Work needed as well.
