Responsibilities:
•Lead a technical team of site coordinators, fitters and technicians to manage installation and maintenance jobs of Bath products.
•Monitor project progress and assure service quality, on-time delivery and professional after-sales service.
•Liaise with Sales Team, Suppliers, Developers and Contractors.
•Prepare work specifications, detail requirements and standards; as well as cost estimation & measurement works.
•Evaluate and implement warranty and maintenance plan.
•Provide technical training to team members and to create technical database for knowledge sharing and management.
•Handle customers' enquiries and complaints;

Requirements:
•Holder of E&M Certificate / Diploma or above.
•Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience of which 5 years in managerial level.
•Strong technical knowledge preferably in Bath products.
•Strong in problem solving and project management.
•Highly energetic, with strong commitment to quality and set high standards with the aim to add values to customers.
•Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin.
•Occasional overseas travel is required.
