Responsibilities:
•Planning, execution and monitoring of the project; liaise with relevant authorities, consultants, contractors as well as internal departments on architectural to ensure effective time and cost planning, execution and construction of projects and to achieve benchmarked quality control.

Requirements:
•Possessing relevant professional qualifications and preferably with architectural background, together with minimum 10 years managerial experience in overseeing large-scale development projects independently from inception to completion.
•Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
