The incumbent will be responsible for negotiating the signage and car park renewals, handling tenancies documentation and status follow up. He or she is also required to provide administrative support to the team.
 
Requirements
•Degree in Real Estate or related discipline
•At least 1 year relevant experience, preferred in retail or catering industry
•Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
•Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
