Job Responsibilities :
•Responsible for the daily direction and resource management of the Telemarketing Team and will contribute to the career development and performance review process
•Manage a team of telemarketers and team leaders to achieve sales targets based on business plan
•Identify opportunities for improvement within the call centre and implement changes appropriately
•Determine appropriate allocation of Business Partner database to teams according to workload, team objectives and team strengths
•Review daily reports and monitor performance including workloads and outcomes
•Work with training team both internal and external to develop programs to address training needs to improve sales
•Provide on the job coaching, mentoring and guidance to staff
•Lead and motivate staff to meet and exceed performance objectives through competitions and incentives
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends
•Recruit, train, retain, motivate and maintain the discipline and morale of Telemarketing personnel
•Ensure the company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
•Manage outsourcing vendor to maximize cost and operation efficiency including reporting, technology, facilities, recruitment, training and quality control

Job Requirements :
•University graduate
•Min 5 years call centre management experience in insurance industry
•Possess an understanding of technologies related to Telemarketing experience
•Good insurance products knowledge
•Self-motivated and result oriented
•Excellent communication, strong supervisory skills and team building
•Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
