Our client is global MNC in the media / publishing industry.  Currently they are urgently looking for an Advertising Support Executiveto support the regional Directors / Managers. Due to headcount issue, they will start as short term contract and base on performance to convert to perm staff. This is a new headcount from HQ approve.

Responsibilities:
•To support Group Advertising Director, Advertising Sales Managers and Media Representatives on pre-sales and post-sales duties as well as general administration duties.
•Updatemedia booking orders into Asia System
•Run reports (revenue, operation, etc) for Group Advertising Director
•Circulate updated circulation and rates, yearly editorial calendar and monthly detailed editorial sales sheet when changes arise
•Liaise with advertising agencies and clients for materials
•Prepare advertising paginationand print Quantity Administration
•Process all SG Advertising invoices
•Update all invoices into Asia Coding spreadsheet for internal tracking purpose
•Pre/ Post sales support
•Handle advertorials and pagination for APAC markets
•Manage special production for all clients
•Compile and provide all digital materials (artwork from clients) for Webmaster
•In charge of all logistical arrangements (Venue, Emcee, Photographer etc)

Requirements:
•Minimum Diploma (Business-related studies)
•2 years working experience, preferably from Advertising Agency (Free-to-Air/Cable TV) or Media companies
•Organized/ Pro-active/ Multi-tasking/ Time-management
•Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin
•Media Booking System, Microsoft Office
•Singaporean or SPR ONLY
