Responsibilities:
•Monitor e-mail alerts or requests
•Make outgoing calls to customers to verify requirements and create service requests
•Attend to all queries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customer needs
•Coordinate with the various parties to ensure timely delivery of consumables
•Escalate and work with Management to manage customers’ expectations
•Perform other administrative duties
 
Requirements:

•At least one year’s experience in customer service, with some previous experience in a call centre environment
•Good PC skills, with the ability to pick up call centre technology quickly and use them efficiently on a daily basis
•Excellent communication skills with good telephone etiquette and passion for service excellence
•A strong team player who is able to multi-task and can adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•Knowledge in Oracle Management will be an added advantage
•Minimum PR status in Singapore
