York Support Services Network (YSSN) is a non-profit agency providing Case Management and Community Crisis Response Service within York Region and our Developmental Services Ontario Program offers access for Adults to Developmental Services in Central East Region.

Full Time Permanent Position
This role is responsible for the coordination, delivery and quality assurance of case management, advocacy and service brokerage to persons with a developmental disability or dual diagnosis and a variety of regional functions for the Developmental Services sector in York Region. In addition the Manager portfolio includes the delivery of functions for Developmental Services Ontario Central East Region.
The Developmental Services Program Manager participates on the Program and Senior Management teams developing policies and providing program and operational leadership. The Developmental Services Program Manager works closely with other service providers and the community in the planning, coordinating and provision of developmental services in York Region.
The ideal candidate for this position must posses:
- a MSW or BSW with equivalent combination of education
- 3-5 years directly related experience, including system collaboration, process development, clinical supervision, community development, departmental budgeting and participation at systems planning tables
- sound knowledge of Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health legislation
- strong computer skills and excellent communication skills
- a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and required Business Insurance
