Responsibilities:
Posseses proficient working knowledge in site selection & evaluation. Prepares feasibility study for mall- based & off- site areas as well as letter of intent. Prepares, facilitates & coordinates documents from LOI from franchisee, LOI for shoppping centers & offsersheets. Prepares & presents return of investment and break- even study for potential franchisee on the proposed site & new management shops. Coordinates area development & expansion to management operations. Recommends sites for new shop & relocation sites for franchise & management shops. Conducts negotiation with different shopping center management & offsite area regarding rental rates. Formulates & reviews design criteria. Coordinates franchise promotion to franchise operations unit & supervises & mobilizes opening team.

Requirements:
Male, 28 to 35 years of age, graduate of business management/administration, marketing or accountancy.

Total of 3 years working experience in the same capacity from service or retail industry. Ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, keen on details, highly creative, pro- active, results & service oriented, can work with extreme presures & in tight timeline & across all levels in the organization & must have strong network connections.
