Responsibilities:
Possess proficient working knowledge of general accounting which includes general ledger, payables, receivables, costing, sales, payroll, property, inventory & statistical accumulation. Extensive hands-on exposure in doing all accounting entries from processing of all company payments for approval & verification, preparation & closing of all accounts for audit including supervision of monthly payments & reports to be given to suppliers, preparation and reviews financial statements, conducts audit count of petty cash fund, preparation of bank reconciliation every month & maintenance of source documents for safekeeping such as unused official receipt, checks, sales invoice & other accounting forms, keen details on monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable, balance with the general ledger balances, bookkeeping, cost accounting and daily sales report audit.

Requirements:
Female, 27 to 30 years of age, graduate of accountancy, with license would be an added edge but not necessary.

Total of 5 years working experience in the field of service/retail/trading accounting. Ideal candidate must have background & exposure in using computerized accounting softwares such as Quickbooks, ACPAC and/or ZAP, systematic, organize, highly analytical, keen on details, pro- active, with people management skills & can work with extreme pressures & in tight time lines and across all levels in the organization.
