Responsibilities:
Manage all store operations - related functions
Develop and suggest improvement on existing store operations policies and procedures, as appropriate
Prepares comparative sales performance report
Assist in preparing short - term and long term department plans
Conduct quarterly branch visits, to see over - all performance and appearance of branches
Coordinate with Concessionaires on store operations - related matters, as appropriate
Assist in preparation of yearly department budget
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Sports Science & Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 year(s) retail operations experience in the related field is required for this position.
Sales & Profit Management
Above Average Communication Skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City and able to do field works
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
