We specialize in providing Product Engineering Services (Development and Testing Services) to Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

We are currently looking for a dynamic, efficient, self-motivated, result oriented person with a positive attitude to join our team as a Trainee Systems Support Engineer. If you are a person who likes to work in a challenging IT environment, this may be the opportunity for you. During your period of training, you would be required to assist the Infrastructure Management team in the company with infrastructure operations and provide remote support to our European clients.

At the end of the training period we expect you to independently carry out the following tasks:
    Install, configure and manage server and network systems.
    Communicate and escalate issues to relevant parties and ensure performance of IT Systems.
    Provide excellent customer service by responding to the needs and inquiries of users.
    Explain issues, deploy solutions, follow up with users to ensure the functionality of the systems and provide necessary troubleshooting.
    Implement Information Security measures and ensure the integrity of database systems.
    Monitor network environment, resolve connectivity issues and ensure the integrity of the network

Age preferably below 25 years.

Job Requirements:
    A Degree in IT or equivalent.
    Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar operation.
    Certification in Windows Server / Active Directory is mandatory.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Interest and willing to learn new technologies.
    Certification in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SCOM, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SharePoint, Citrix Zen and Cisco CCNA/CCNP would be an added advantage.
    Should be willing to work in a 24x7 operation on roster.
