Job description
Working with a small dynamic team in a busy advertising TV and Radio production department.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to :
Process invoices, orders and deal with queries related.
Reconciliations
Filing, general admin, typing , taking minutes etc
Uploading quotes to International sites
Taking and giving messages accurately
Various other administrative responsibilities
Own Transport - travel will be required

Matric
Minimum five years working experience
Experienced in working with Microsoft Office 2007 and later
Above average communication skills in English (read, written and spoken) and very good spoken Afrikaans
Polite and Courteous
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent telephonic manners
Good time keeping and organisational skills
Problem solving skills
Advantageous
Must work well under pressure
Must work well in a team
Must be neat and punctual
Must take pride in personal presentation
