Job description
The position requires a minimum five years previous experience as a sales person in high value sales projects. The person will report to the New Business Director of O'Mage Structural Design.

Key responsibilities include:
• Sale of Exhibits and Exhibitions;
• Sale of Retail Corporate Furniture
• Sale of Custom merchandising solutions
• Sale of Retail point of sale display units
• Sale of Retail Corporate Furniture;
• Develop and increase market share in these sectors;
• Develop and maintain functional database for future sales projects;

OSD manufactures custom designed furniture, fittings and Point of Sale to suit the corporate market;

Requirements
Skills required are:
• Must live and breathe sales;
• Good technical knowledge of all aspects of sales;
• Imaginative problem solver;
• Creative and lateral thinking;
• Work quickly and intelligently;
• Attention to detail (meticulous);
• Work well under pressure and continuously attain sales targets with pre-set sales margins;
• Awareness of current trends in this market area;
• Be able to manage time and workload;

The position requires the individual to have the following qualifications:
• Tertiary Education (Sales and Marketing);
• Computer literacy (Excel and other Microsoft Office packages);

Personal Skills/Attributes
The position requires the individual to be a true sales person who gets energised by finding and closing deals. The person must be professional, energetic, passionate, driven, innovative and pro-active. The position will require that the individual is able to work long hours or as required. Candidates must apply with a current and up to date portfolio. Only serious sales people with a proven track record need to apply.
