The Ashburton Resort Motel Onslow is a new Resort offering spacious Units in the heart of Onslow ~ in the Pilbara by the Ocean.
 
Consisting of 65 quality guest units the Resort provides the perfect platform for a motivated individual to further their career.
 
Due to the Resort expanding, The Ashburton Resort Motel Onslow is seeking an experienced Reception Guest Service Assistant who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
 
In this role your duties & responsibilities include:
·  Guest Relations
·  Processing Reservations
·  Check in and out of guests
·  Settle & Maintain guest accounts
·  Maintain strict security procedures to ensure 
   guest confidentiality and safety
·  Maintain the Resorts service standards.
 
The successful candidate must:
·  Be willing to work rotating shifts including 
   weekends, nights and public holidays
·  Excellent Customer Service Skills
·  Minimum 2 years Reception experience
·  Excellent Presentation Skills
·  Clear communication skills both written and
   verbal
·  Ability to work within a team environment
·  Previous Hospitality experience preferred
·  Previous experience with RMS & MYOB 
   preferred
·  Be a 'people person' - providing efficient,
   friendly & professional service – exceeding  
   guests’ expectations
·  Willing to learn
