Job Scope:
•Handle incoming calls with regards to booking and re-scheduling of appointments
•Assist to transfer calls to different departments
•Handle feedback and complaints from the public
•Make outgoing calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments or outstanding bills
Job Requirement:
•Min N/O/A Levels
•Students on school holidays / waiting for enlistment welcome to apply!!
•PRIOR CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE WILL BE ADDED ADVANTAGE!!
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
