Job Responsibilities:
• In charge of the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing and procurement, conversion, and all logistics management activities
• Follow up business solutions in the overall physical distribution of products from warehouse through the chain to retailers and distributors
• Enforce a strong procurement system to handle domestic and overseas suppliers' management, including pricing, quality and delivery negotiation and regular review of suppliers' performance
• Establish, maintain, develop policies, procedures and KPIs in logistic and warehouse to ensure security and service standards
• Implement and enhance ERP application in work process
• Measure and monitor inventory levels and provide necessary information to management team
• Provide high quality services to internal and external customer
• Seek for continuous improvement initiatives in respective areas of professional inventory control, supply chain solution and best-in-class warehouse management

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Logistics/ Procurement /Supply Chain Management or above
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience gained from Multinational or sizable companies
• With passion to work in health or medicine industry, and at least 2 years relevant experience in similar or food industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Excellent command in both English and Chinese
• High level of accuracy and integrity required while working under pressure
• Familiar with computer software applications including MS words, Excel, Powerpoint, ERP or other procurement system
