Responsibilities:
•Lead and drive the project team to plan and implement mobile and wireless-fixed services with the best quality, in a cost effective way and within the timeline defined
•Conduct research and market intelligence studies to gain insights for new service/content proposals
•Manage and coordinate business projects with vendors and internal customers
•Formulate the development strategies for data and messaging products & services
•Evaluate potential of new products and services
•Define the new products/services design and development plan
•Monitor the service quality of the launched products and services
 
Requirements:
•Degree holder with minimum 7 years' relevant working experience
•Experience in mobile and wireless-fixed services development - project management for new/enhanced services and new handsets preferred
•Good knowledge of mobile Email, IP networking and PC/Mac software preferred
•Good analytical skills and attentive to detail
•Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
•Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Specialist
