Job Description Analyze and build finance Policies to support low-risk growth and bottom line results.
Monitor and track the aged debtors listings and be proactive in achieving the monthly collection on due dates.
Review credit worthiness of existing and new potential customers.
Review overdue accounts and take timely appropriate action.
Maintain and develop system reports to meet changing requirements of the business both locally and globally.
Lead and train a team of finance coordinators and follow-up with credit rating agencies / sales team and customers.

Profile Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
5 years of experience in similar position including people management exposure
Post graduate or equivalent degree/certification in finance or management (FRM, CFA will be an added advantage)
Proficient knowledge of SAP
Strong team player with an ability to manage matrix relationships.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
