Responsibilities:
We are seeking a team-focused individuals, to perform a key role within our organisation. The main focus of the role is to support and maintain our VOIP phone systems, networks and unified communications applications and products. The role though demanding and challenging, is a rewarding one that will test your diagnostics & resolution skills whilst maintaining our SLA’s and customer satisfaction. 
 
You will need to be Cisco certified with a minimum of a CCNA that is current, though higher Cisco certifications will be desirable.  Your experience in voice, especially in the Cisco environment will be of great value and you will be appropriately rewarded depending on experience.
 
You will need proven English / Australian communication and people’s skills that are effective with the ability to easily build rapport.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the following skills are desired:
A minimum of a current CCNA , other Cisco certifications particularly in voice would be highly advantageous
A minimum of 2 years hands on experience with Cisco networking and or Cisco VOIP products
Excellent diagnostics and resolution skills
Contribute to a high powered and high output team
Build rapport with people quickly and effectively
Capable of building long term relationships with customers, staff and suppliers
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Highly organised with attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service ethic and focus
Self motivation and ability to work proactively in this busy environment
Previous experience in telecommunications would be highly advantageous

The Support Team operates 24 x7 servicing Australian corporate customers thus engineers are required to participate in a rotating roster.
