Job description
This client is a leader in the online marketing world (globally) and is currently looking for an Email Marketing Services Manager to join their ever growing and dynamic team in Cape Town.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of eMail Services to clients across the globe. This includes working close with pre- and post- sales teams and assisting them in building proposals, running demos and acting as the Subject Matter Experts during the sales process. You will work closely with the team and develop and rollout new services and products and consistently research, evaluate and recommend new service and products for the team to deliver on, ensuring they stay ahead of the pack.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners and vendors, as well as management of accounts - including maintenance, retention and growth.

You will also be responsible for measuring and monitoring client satisfaction levels, ensuring clients requirements are being met and making recommendations for continual improvement.

In order to apply for this role - Email marketing experience is a must together with proven experience in managing a product and projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, have managed large accounts / clients, and have sound business savvy coupled with numerical and analytical ability.
