• To review and approve raw materials specification
• To approve performance of new suppliers as per procedure
• To approve vendor performance report and timely supplier notifications through Purchase
• To review applicable customers, final testing and types testing of product
• To ensure performance / functional testing on all stages of product/raw materials as per procedures and applicable work instructions
• To approve monthly quality bulletin
• To ensure effective control of non conforming products in all stages of production as per procedure and ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.
• To ensure effective preventive actions
• To ensure calibration, approve calibration schedule, calibration control sheet and extension sheet of instruments and liaison with external calibration agencies.
• To liaison with customers or Quality feedback, customers complaint/external inspection agency for inspection
• To maintain traceability of items where needed
• To maintain Quality records related to product manufacture
• To approve new testing and calibration equipments

| Profile | • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering • Minimum 7-8 years in industrial experience in cable industry. • Well versed with cable specifications/standard (Low Voltage/Medium Voltage/High Voltage Cables). • Knowledge of cable manufacturing process • Have good managerial and leadership skills • Familiar with QA Systems • Sound knowledge in computer operation • Very good command in English |
