• Day to day analysis on network performance by analyzing statistics
• Ensure a network performance by regular audits and sanity checks, using statistics from the radio network
• Analyzing Reports for performance anomalies/exceptions
• Investigating and escalating performance issues to concern department
• Producing Network Performance Ad hoc or Special Reports
• Provide recommendation for radio network expansion and corrective maintenance
• Provide recommendations for performance improvement

• Provide recommendations for performance improvement
• Generation of KPI and counters for reporting purposes
• Creation of performance reports and distribution to respective teams
• First level analysis of the KPI to support the Network Optimization and provide comments
• Creation of Performance KPI formula in tools and validation of the formula
• Ability to work in multi-vendor environment

Profile Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience 5 - 10 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Computers ) , Bachelors in Computer Application ( Computers )
