• Ensure machines and running in good condition by monitoring against monthly target down times and coordinates with production on productivity and objectives.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and routine maintenance as per planned schedules.
• Plan and maintain safety stock of spare parts and tools, spare parts fabrications, specifications of materials, quotation, and confirmations.
• Inventory, current availability of spare parts
• Procure arrange installation and commissioning of new machines.
• All jobs related with Maintenance Department of each plant / factory.
• Correspond with the suppliers of machines as well as machinery spare parts in case of any Maintenance related problem or for spare parts.
• Managing and task assignment
• Supervision for installation of new machines
• Responsible for making contracts for the maintenance of Chillers, Atlas Cop co-Compressors, Thyseen Elevator, etc.
• Miscellaneous projects assigned by the Management.

Profile	• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 5 years experience in cable manufacturing or any related field. • Has good managerial and leadership skills • Has good statistical techniques background. • Has good knowledge in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of machines. • Sound knowledge in computer operation • Very good command in English
