Overall (P&L) responsibility for the CPW business in Egypt, continuously reviewing its performance and adjust were appropriate in cooperation with Business Controller
•Develop and execute the brand strategy and plans in order to ensure sustainable growth in line with the strategy.
•Facilitate the development and execution of category/ channel objectives and targets with Sales/Customer Teams and measure effectiveness of Brand/category/channel activities (through pre- and post evaluations) and come up with adjustments to maximize return on investment.
•Manage/coordinate appropriate local Nestle functional teams (e.g. sales, supply chain, etc…) to achieve set objectives
•Manage the development, presentation and negotiation of category reviews to ensure distribution and shelf management opportunities are maximized, in line with category/channel business plan
•Actively manage the financial ‘levers’ available to improve & optimize the overall business performance
•Represent CPW internally and externally (especially with agencies) as the recognized category spokesperson, and actively use people’s feedback to improve the business.
