Our Client is a US based listed global supplier of telecommunication networking equipment, software and service. With their firm root in Asia Pacific region, they are looking for high calibre candidates for the following position:

Accountant - APAC Region

Report to Regional Finance Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for handling the accounting operations in APAC
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of monthly financial reporting. Preparation of standard financial and operational functions (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Expense Reimbursement, Budgeting and Forecasting, Monthly End Closing and Variance Analysis etc.)
Ensure compliance with various statutory and tax regulations
Supervise outsourcing partners
Special Projects as assigned
Some travel may be required

Requirements:
Degree educated ideally in Accountancy and hold a professional qualification
3 to 5 years experience in Accounting/Finance with Telecom MNC experience preferable
PC literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proven experience with Oracle or large ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Experience with US GAAP and STAT reporting preferable
