Assistant Technical Manager

Responsibilities
Report to Senior Facilities Manager
Lead a team of technician/artisans to carry out repair & maintenance works
Manage the capital works, including planning, implementing and monitoring of large-scale improvement works and external wall repair
Monitor the execution of all sub-contractor works which including reinstatement, repair and maintenance, builder's works, & E&M works, to ensure satisfactory quality completion
Solve technical problems and deal with urgent/emergency repairs for designed estates or managed properties
Liaison with contractors, sub-contractors and client
Prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings, specifications and tender document for maintenance and improvement works of building
Able to report work progress independently

Requirements
Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Building Studies/Building Services or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years' post qualification experience in building services or building maintenance
Hands-on knowledge on government regulations/ordinance for installation and maintenance of building services facilities and builder works
Previous working experience with facilities management is definitely an advantage
Strong leadership skill and sense of responsibility, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skills and excellent customer services
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Familiar with MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
