| Job Description/ Responsibilities |
Experience working at the same level with an international Real Estate Development Company. Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will be responsible for all the account payments, preparation of financial statements and other reports, analyze trends, report organization's finances to management, offer suggestions about resource utilization, forecast budgets, analyze variance between budget and actual performance (exception reporting) and implement accounting procedures and policies.
