Recruitment Supervisor:
Candidate should be experienced to complete hiring/placement assignments single handedly. He should least 5-6 years experience of full recruitment process (Preparing JD, Head hunting, exploring personal references / building data base for right candidate, advertising cost effectively, designing tests. Conducting interviews, reference checking etc) ideal candidate would have experience with HR service provider.
Business Development manager:
The applicant should have least 5-6 years experience in corporate sales / business Development. He should be enterprising 7 highly confident in sales experience required.
