Job description
As the Chief Operations Officer your main duties will include:
Management and Administration of the company's Functions and Business Units
Organization of the internal procedures of the company's Business Units
Organization of the implementation of new products and administration of the existing ones
Training and development of employees as well as oversight of the achievement of their goals

Desired Skills/Experience:
MSc in Business Administration or Media or Technology studies or similar
Minimum of 8 years relative professional experience
Excellent command of Greek and English (written and oral)
Personal Profile

As the Chief Operations Officer you are pro-active, ambitious and capable to:
Optimise the processing, set actions, refine and manage them according to time and quality
Set clear objectives regarding behaviour and output for employees and teams
Stimulate, motivate, facilitate and correct in order to improve the skills of the employees to the appropriate
Ensure that performance objectives are realised according to agreed plans
Understand the organisation's best practices and use this knowledge while planning and organizing the departments activities
Contribute in the transformation of the way of working with view to the wishes of the customers, both in terms of quality and in terms of throughput time
