On behalf of our client, a major international Business Consultancy firm, specializing on specific Consultancy services, we seek to select a Business Consultant.
Our client operates in the Greek market since 2007 and offers specialized expertise Business Consultancy Services to local and multinational companies.
The candidate should have a substantial line management experience in positions like Financial Management, Operations' Management or General Management. In general terms, a good managerial background in a well structured organization, where daily operations are directed by well enforced policies and procedures.
The candidate should also be able to demonstrate a track record in results achievement during his line management employment. Our client will consider a major plus, candidates' involvement in Organizational Change programs, policies and procedures development, as well as Cost Cutting programs.

The incumbent will attend an extensive training abroad, whereby he will obtain an in depth knowledge of the techniques and methods used by the company, leading to a Consultancy License, which will be required to finance it.
