Basic Requirements:
Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Science or equivalent
More than 2 years of experience in the Telecom industry as pre-sales technical support engineer
A good market environment understanding as well as general knowledge of principles such as Network Coverage, Network Topology, Telecom Services
Knowledge of IP networks from Core to Access, Broadband Network Architectures such as xPON, xDSL and NGN solutions understanding
Ability to work in Greece and Abroad
Team player with strong analytical thought
Excellent knowledge of Fixed and Mobile Networks and Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills is a must
Good Team spirit and able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment

Job Description:
To develop, maintain and formulate excellent Customer relationships? to keep ZTE's image on top class level within the major business activities of Customer
To conceive and analyze Customer's information with respect to investment programmes and technical needs and requirements
To participate, organize and reply to bidding proposals from first instance up to Contract negotiations and preparation
To contribute to targets and goals design and planning with respect to sales, revenues and business development strategies
To plan, organize, propose and implement sales projects
To maintain good rapport with Customer
To maintain excellent quality of Customer satisfaction and handle critical issues with professional responsibility and effectiveness
To conduct Contract Management and Implementation Follow-up
Identify new technical solutions for the customer by understanding customer needs and requirement
Be able to present and explain to the customers detailed aspects of the technical solution and equipment
Be responsible for generating proposals? presenting and articulating proposal to customer at both CXO level and Engineer level
Work closely with Account Managers and be the primary liaison person for providing related information, and addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
