Is not self taught but rather has had exposure to best practices and has solid commercial experience with the required technologies.
Ability to produce quality technical design documents.
Consistently develops quality code by unit testing etc, to help make the test cycles more productive.
Work closely with QA to identify and solve issues.

Software developers with various levels of experience required for a global, growing company.
