You'll have:
* Considerable knowledge of current web standards: XHTML/CSS/JavaScript/Ajax
* ASP NET 2.0/MVC C#
* ASP NET 2.0 Ajax Extensions
* Database design/SQL/T-SQL/Stored Procedures
* Basic Photoshop/Fireworks experience
* Remoting/web services/windows services

You're also going to need:
* Team-oriented personality
* A personal commitment to quality
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* To be exceptionally bright!
