This role ticks all the boxes for those professional contractors looking for a true generalist HR consulting role.  You will have autonomy paired with the backing of a large corporate and the support this provides. 
The role covers all facets of HR including change management and culture development, learning and development, recruitment (including involvement in Grad recruitment), HR reporting and performance management.  If you have a particular interest in mentoring, there is a mentoring project that needs to be developed and launched. 
A nice mix between operational and strategic HR, you will work with senior executives in the business so you will need to be able to influence at this level. You key stakeholders can be demanding at times, however they are great people who are bright, intelligent and friendly.
The environment is corporate and professional, so would ideally suit someone who has worked in professional service, banking or insurance at either HR Manager or Senior HR Consultant level.  You will need to be a commercial thinker who is pragmatic with solutions for the business.  It goes without saying that you will be a strong generalist with a consulting style who can hit the ground running.  There may be some national travel in this role.
