Responsibilities:
Handle and attend to information counter at the shopping mall
Deliver excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers' needs
Provide immediate attention and solutions to customers' enquiries
Fully alert of all happenings and events within the shopping mall to ensure correct information is provided to customers
Ability to handle membership card application with professionalism
Responsible for the daily reporting and updating
Carry out clerical and administrative works such as cash handling, inventory control as and when necessary

Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Mass Communication or other relevant disciplines
Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
Minimum 1 year experience in the retail or hospitality industry
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in shift, weekends and public holidays
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
