Responsibilities:
To assist in the preparations of proposals, presentations and demonstrations to customers.
To provide pre & post sales support. To handles sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders and track on collection.
To respond, attend and provide effective solutions to customers' enquiries within reasonable time frame.
Foster solid and effective relationship with customers toward loyalty and sustainability.
Be creative in handling customer enquiries and ultimately generate more sales revenue.
To support the organization with day-to-day coordinating of various event projects such as exhibitions, workshops and fairs.
To undertake any other assignments or additional responsibilities beyond job scope, from time to time, assigned by the Company.

Requirements:
Must possess at least a Science/Engineering Degree in Material Science, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent.
Knowledge in Metallurgy is an added advantage.
At least 1 year of working experience in related fields. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Male / Female age below 30 years.
Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft office 2007
Good command in both spoken and written English.
Must be able to communicate in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects.
Excellent team player and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Possess own transport & willing to travel.
Must be Malaysian citizens & work based at Johor Bahru
Must be self-driven, independent and results oriented.
Dynamic and motivated with strong ability to develop, negotiate and close new opportunities.
Ability to work well under pressure and to undertake assignments on an ad hoc basis.
Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
