Key Responsibilities
Provide in-house technical & user support
Perform daily operation, system check and server administration
Assure data / network security and anti-virus measures are in place; and
Troubleshoot the problems and conduct necessary reporting
Requirements
Diploma in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
At least 2 years relevant experience in system and helpdesk support
MCP/MCSA/MCSE/CCNA is an advantage
Hands-on experience in Lotus Notes administration, Mail administration and technical support, Confidential Mail system is preferable
Familiar with Windows OS, MS Office & Antivirus' operation
Willing to travel overseas occasionally; and
Immediate available or short notice is required
