Responsibilities
Leads a project team for development task from ideas to feasible solutions and ensures successful implementation
Responsible for technology development work, including market survey, feasible studies, technical writings, project implementation, etc
Works with different levels and parties in a matrix organization
Accountable for final results of technology development and implementation

Requirements
Degree holder in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience in supervisory position
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Good team player and able to work in multi-tasking environment with business sense
Project engineering experience will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and various computer applications
Good command of English and Mandarin
Frequent Travel is required
