Our ICT Associates will be nurtured with the competitive advancement to further develop their career in the areas of professional expertise or supervisory positions to fit in the long-term business development. During the 12-month career starter program, ICT Associates will undergo a intensive learning activities to equip professional knowledge and practice in either professional or operations management field; participate in various projects to gain professional exposure; and be rotated to business units such as sales and marketing, professional services, business administrations to explore the routine operations and to develop network within and outside the organization.

Selection criteria
University degree preferably in IT, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
Positive team player with leadership potential
Energetic, wise and resilient learner
Innovative and change intelligent
Self-motivated and result driven
